Breakfast (9.00 – 12:00) 

Breakfast – included in the price of the night – will be served on the front-lake terrace of Bar  Il Molo, right underneath the apartment.  

You’ll be able to choose from a vast proposal, including: eggs and bacon, fresh fruit,  yogurt, granola, jam, bread, cappuccino, coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice and much more!

 

Spa 

You’ll be able to book our exclusive SPA, carved into the rock and available only to our guests!

How can I reach the apartment? 

The apartment is situated in a pedestrian area and is reachable from the Varenna-Esino  station in 15 minutes by foot – 800m – and from the big Parking Garage in viale Polvani 1 in  5 minutes by foot – 350m.

 

*Cancellation/refund policy:

• tourist tax and extras are excluded and will be paid at the hotel at check-out.
• in case of cancellation up to 7 days before the date of check-in the amount will be refunded in full (to cancel it is necessary to contact the structure)
• in case of no-show or cancellation in the 7 days before the check-in date you will not be entitled to any refund

 

Interdictions: 

The apartment is NON-SMOKING, expect for the balcony.
